KYNISKIS accesses your health and fitness data from third-party platforms (such as WHOOP, Apple Health, Garmin) only with your explicit authorization. We collect:

• Recovery metrics (HRV, resting heart rate, recovery score)
• Sleep data (duration, stages, quality)
• Workout data (type, duration, intensity, heart rate)
• Basic profile information

2. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used exclusively to provide personalized AI coaching insights. We analyze your training load, recovery patterns, and readiness to give you actionable recommendations.

3. Data Storage & Security

Your health data is stored securely and is never shared with third parties. We use industry-standard encryption for data at rest and in transit.

4. Your Control

You can revoke access at any time through your WHOOP account settings. Upon revocation, your data will be deleted from our systems within 30 days.
