Ten years of data-driven training.
The numbers don't lie.

Before KYNISKIS was a product, it was a method: track everything, trust the data, adjust daily.
These are real numbers from a real person who has been doing exactly that since 2015.

The Wake HR Anomaly

The body doesn't panic at dawn.

87%
924 mornings out of 1,061
waking heart rate is lower than sleeping heart rate
It's not genetics.
It's the schedule.
21:00 bed. 5:00 wake.
No alcohol. No midnight noise.
10 years.

Why this matters: Most people's heart rate spikes the moment they open their eyes — their nervous system is already processing today's anxieties before their feet touch the floor. Jeff's doesn't. Not because he was born calm, but because he systematically eliminated the raw materials of morning stress: no sleep debt, no alcohol residue, no social anxiety, no time urgency. By 8:00 AM he's been awake 3–4 hours — body trained, mind clear, ready. The data looks like a physical gift. Strip away the numbers and what's left is a decade of 21:00 bedtimes.

Kyniska — First Female Olympic Champion, 396 BC

KYNISKIS STORY

The Story of Kyniska · 396 BC · First Female Olympic Champion

In 396 BC, a Spartan princess named Kyniska did something no woman had ever done: she entered her horses in the Olympic chariot race — the tethrippon, a four-horse chariot — and won. Women weren't allowed to compete. They weren't even allowed to watch. But ownership of the horses was enough. Her victory challenged an empire's assumptions about what a woman could do.

KYNISKIS is named for her. Our device carries the same philosophy: the body you own is the only one you get. Learn its signals. Push its limits. Write your own record.

Designed for continuous wear

No screen means no distractions. Just continuous sensing — day and night. Wear it, charge it every two weeks, forget it's there.

Meet Jeff

Twenty years in hotel HR management. Hilton. Marriott. Atlantis. Hyatt. The pressure isn't seasonal — it's structural. Back-to-back leadership meetings, cross-border projects, crisis decisions made before breakfast.

In 2015, Jeff made a decision that quietly changed everything: track it. He put on a Garmin and started logging every training session. Not as a fitness enthusiast — as a professional whose body had to keep up with his calendar.

By 2019, Nike Training Club gave way to CrossFit. By 2021, CrossFit became the core methodology. By 2023, he added sleep tracking — 1,062 nights and counting. The result: 4,099 training sessions across 10 years, every single one recorded, every trend visible.

51 bpm
Resting HR (90-day avg)
87%
Mornings fully recovered
16→20.6%
Deep sleep ratio (3yr)

The numbers don't lie. While most executives his age are on a downward slope of stress accumulation, Jeff's metrics have been trending up. Sleeping heart rate dropped from 54.3 to 51.9 bpm. Deep sleep ratio climbed from 16% to 20.6%. Nighttime blood oxygen minimum rose from 93.8% to 95.4%. He's getting older. His biomarkers are getting younger. These aren't marginal gains — they're the compound interest of a decade of disciplined tracking.

The insight: it wasn't the training alone that made the difference. It was the feedback loop. Train → track → see the data → adjust → train again. This cycle — not any single workout, not any single device — is what kept the trajectory climbing year after year.

And that physical foundation unlocked something bigger. With a body that could reliably deliver, confidence grew. Mental clarity sharpened. Emotional resilience deepened — the kind that comes from knowing you've done hard things before and can do them again. New doors opened: freediving to 17 meters on a single breath. Volunteering with the marine mammal rescue team — part of China's first successful short-finned pilot whale rescue in 2024. Late 2024, Taicang: an Alps-themed resort with a Ski Dome. Jeff had never skied — he walked in and signed up for instructor certification, passing three of four modules. Applying for Hong Kong's Quality Migrant Admission Scheme. These weren't items on a bucket list. They were the natural overflow of a body and mind working in sync.

KYNISKIS was born from this exact experience. Not from a business plan. From the realization that most people never get to feel what it's like to have ten years of data on their side — and that a tool designed for exactly this purpose could change that.

Train. Build strength. Grow confident. Try something new. Break through. Repeat.
